Lake Geneva has been part of our clients’ story for as long as they can remember, making this a deeply personal lakefront new build project from beginning to end. The land itself carries a history of its own with an unusually long shoreline. The vision was to turn this property into a luxuriously warm, modern gathering place for the family’s personal enjoyment, while respecting the natural surroundings.
The architecture is organic yet structured, with materials native to the region grounding every surface, custom steel-fabricated windows and doors, and four individually designed staircases. Lighting added the expressive layer with sculptural works of art. A dream this long in the making deserved every detail we gave it.
